Alex McNeal, CPA
Alex is a seasoned CPA specializing in tax strategy, auditing, and financial reporting. With deep expertise across nonprofits, construction, and real estate, he navigates complex accounting standards and GAAP research with ease.
Alex’s background spans foundational roles through firm leadership, shaping his ability to deliver thoughtful, forward-looking guidance to clients. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Washington and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Cascadia College.
Known for his precision and proactive approach, Alex continuously elevates the firm’s tax and assurance services and plays a key role in strengthening client financial operations.

Jas Thind, CPA
Jas is a Certified Public Accountant with a passion for auditing, compliance, and process improvement. She leads assurance engagements across the nonprofit, construction, and casino sectors, bringing a meticulous eye for detail and a calm, steady presence to complex projects.
Before joining the firm, Jas worked at Deloitte, where she gained experience performing large-scale audits and navigating challenging technical environments. She is known for her collaborative approach, her ability to translate complexity into clarity, and her commitment to delivering high-quality work — while keeping things fun along the way.

Hera Sturm
Hera is a Tax Associate based in Mount Vernon, WA, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Washington State University. She supports clients with compliance, tax preparation, and tax planning, and brings strong knowledge of GAAP and GASB standards for nonprofits and government entities.
Hera is dedicated, detail-oriented, and aligned with the firm’s core values. Her commitment to high-quality service and her genuine care for clients make her an invaluable member of the tax team.
Michelle Icenogle
Michelle brings a strong foundation in accounting and business management from Washington State University, paired with hands-on experience in U.S. GAAP and generally accepted auditing standards.
She supports clients across industries with accuracy, thoughtfulness, and a passion for excellence. Michelle’s sharp analytical skills, reliability, and client-centered approach make her a trusted partner for both assurance and accounting engagements.

Managing Partner & Founder
Nick Bilotta, CPA
Nick built Bilotta & Company after a decade-long career spanning public accounting, nonprofit audits, and corporate leadership roles. He began his career serving nonprofits and construction contractors in public accounting before stepping into corporate roles at Starbucks and Zulily.
At Starbucks, he held leadership roles within Corporate Accounting and later led the SEC Reporting team. He then served as Director and Controller at Zulily before founding Bilotta & Company in 2023.
Nick’s diverse experience—from Fortune 500 finance to hands-on nonprofit advisory—shapes the firm’s forward-thinking approach. He views stewardship, transparency, and partnership as the foundation of exceptional financial leadership. His goal: to help clients operate with clarity, confidence, and strategic momentum.
